The world in reach of the Grape Hotel... Thanks to the interior design, a stay at Grape Hotel is an unforgettable experience for our Guests. Each room tells its own story about the wine and the region it comes from, offering a unique journey around the globe. The rooms, down to the smallest detail, refer to wines and places in the world, their climate, landscape, soil conditions and the temperament of the inhabitants. 13 rooms of the Grape Hotel are not only 13 wine characteristics, but 13 views illustrating why wine is so fascinating.
In the language of the Wappo Indians, who have inhabited Napa Valley for centuries, the word Napa means The Land of Plenty. And indeed, because although it is a small valley in California, it has become the wine emblem of the United States. The variety of wines produced here is enormous, unparalleled in other wine regions in the world.
The room's decor was inspired by hot oranges, which are also the pride of California and their colour additionally makes you feel the heat of the West Coast. The rocky peaks of the Sierra Nevada playing with light and shadow complement the full range of colours of this region. A bright bathroom, by contrast, evokes the refreshing coolness of the Pacific Ocean, surrounding the sandy outskirts of North America's Golden State.
The room faces east, from where it is illuminated by the rising sun every morning. This is a Superior single room, located on the first floor. As one of the four rooms, it has a balcony where you can get some fresh air and marvel at the beauty of our local flora in a peaceful neighbourhood.
The small, gentle hills of the Zemplén Mountains covered with vineyards begin in Slovakia. Crossing the border, they blur into the great Hungarian Plain. As if with the last of their strength, they shoot up the peak of Tokaj (515 m above sea level). Looking into the dream book - drinking Tokaj means health and joy, which in reality history has confirmed for centuries. This is a famous and very characteristic liqueur wine, which Voltaire called the king of wines and the wine of kings.
The room's characteristic graphite and gold motifs refer to the region's volcanic soil and the golden colour of the drink. Apartment’s ruby colours and golden rime would like to introduce you to the kingship of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire smoothly filled with warm yellow and orange which brings an image of the Parliament building in Budapest lit up during the night hours.
This is a Superior category single room, located on the first floor, overlooking our historic district of Wrocław. The room has a balcony and faces east, from where it is illuminated by the rising sun every morning.
When we talk about Portuguese wine, only one drink comes to mind - Porto. This famous wine name comes from a small port city from where most of this wonderful drink was exported. However, Porto's actual homeland is the Douro Valley, located 100 km inland. The mountain slopes from the foothills to the peaks are covered with vineyards, creating unforgettable landscapes. The tradition of wine production in the Douro region is almost 2,000 years old.
The dominant purple in the room refers to the characteristic and intense colour of the grapes, and the dark burgundy accents refer to the strength of the drink. Porto is the wine of the aristocracy around the world, synonymous with good taste, a rich bouquet, but also the rich wallets of those who buy it. In response to this fact in the history of Porto, a spacious bathroom with a neo-Gothic vault, as the undoubted epicentre of the comfort in this room.
This is a Superior category double room, located on the second floor, overlooking the garden and our historic district of Wrocław. The orientation towards the north-west ensures sunlight until the evening.
Pinot Noir - the Black Pine, is a characteristic bunch of grapes associated with the French region of Burgundy, which owes its name to its deep purple colour and the shape of the growing fruit. For lovers and connoisseurs, Burgundy wines are the absolute pinnacle of depth and sophistication in winemaking. Seemingly light and subtle, pinots can carry a whole history of aromas and flavours typical of the Burgundian climate. Pinot Noir reflects the subtlest differences of the region, creating a unique wine, but requiring concentration and an experienced palate.
Just like the entire room décor, immersed in purple. Intense reds and pinks symbolise the famous baths in Beaujolais Nouveau ritual, which the inhabitants of Burgundy happily indulge in.

Sicily is the pride and glory of Italy! The land that not only became the homeland of Al Pacino, Frank Sinatra, Martin Scorsese and Mario Puzo, but also has given birth to vino di tutti vini (the wine of all wines), i.e. the famous Sicilian wines from the town of Marsala. Archaeological discoveries confirm that Sicily was one of the first Italian regions to learn the culture of growing grapes and producing wine. The Phoenicians, Greeks and then the Romans cultivated vines on the island. Wines here have a history dating back four thousand years, but they have only recently appeared on the world wine scene. For centuries, wine was produced here almost exclusively for own needs of inhabitants.
The colour of the room is the banner of this island blown by the Mediterranean wind, with accents of the blue of the Sicilian sky and the orange of the warm sun falling asleep in the port of Palermo.
This is a single room in the Deluxe category, located on the second floor, overlooking our historic district of Wrocław. It faces east, from where it is illuminated by the rising sun every morning.
The Wachau Valley is a Danube region whose landscape is decorated with steep slopes of vineyards, characteristically reinforced with stones dating back to the times of the Roman Empire. Recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage, and in 2009, together with the Benedictine Abbey in Melk, it was recognized by National Geographic magazine as the Best Historic Destination in the World. Including wine in the history of these lands is as important a chapter in the Wachau genealogy as a waltz is for Vienna. Wine was produced here even before the Carolingian rule.
The warm colours of the bed refer to the facade of the magnificent Melk Abbey, and the orange accessories refer to the apricot orchards that cover the valley next to the vineyards. The blue background in the interior allows you to listen to the sleepily meandering Danube, changing its shade depending on the time of day.
This is a Deluxe double room, located on the first floor, overlooking the northeast and our historic district of Wrocław.
Robertson District is a region in South Africa located approximately two hours' drive from famous Cape Town. A relatively young wine industry, because the tradition of cultivation here dates back about 350 years. It is said that this is where the best African wines, the best African horses and the most beautiful African roses bloom, which is why it is also called the valley of wine and roses.
The room is dominated by the orange-brown colours of the African land and the neighbouring, semi-desert Klein Karoo. Robertson Wine Valley is a region known around the world mainly for its wonderful white wines, especially Chardonnay, Colombar and Sauvignon Blanc, which are discreetly referenced in the interior decorations.

Chianti is the most important wine district in Tuscany, stretching over the picturesque hills between Florence and Siena. It produces a wine of the same name, which is reserved exclusively for this region. What distinguishes Chianti is its red colour, dry taste, strong aroma and a rich tradition dating back to the Middle Ages. However, the region is not only the homeland of wine, but also a model of the Italian landscape - gentle hills and valleys immersed in silence, characteristic roads lined with cypress trees and centuries-old towns, villas and palaces, already made famous by Renaissance painters.
The room's bright blue colours, crimped whites and fading yellows evoke the blue Tuscan sky at sunset, the languid rippling waters of the Mediterranean Sea and its endless beaches. It is also a symbol of the pale yellow facades of houses typical of Tuscany.
This is a Deluxe double room, located on the first floor, overlooking our historic district of Wrocław. It faces south-east, from where sunlight enters the room from morning to evening.
The character of the wine, its aroma, taste, structure, colour and aging potential depend on the choice of grape variety. Among the noblest varieties, one of the highest places is occupied by Chardonnay - a white variety called the royal one. According to popular opinion, it is one of the most universal and popular varieties. Wines made from Chardonnay are produced in numerous regions of both the New and Old World. However, the native place where Chardonnay is grown is Burgundy, and especially Chablis, where, combined with the climate, wines are created that cannot be replicated in any other latitude.
The whites, greens and beiges in the room are the endless valleys of Chardonnay vines surrounding Burgundy. The elegance of the decor pays tribute to the royal variety by referring to the majestic French aesthetics.
This is a Deluxe double room, located on the first floor, with a view of the garden and memorable sunsets.
Armagnac is the oldest French vodka produced from grapes. Historical records of this brandy date back to 1461, and the name comes from the Armagnac region in Gascony. The single distillation used in the production of Armagnac produces an alcohol much richer in impurities than twice-distilled cognac. This makes the taste and aroma of Armagnac more rough and expressive than cognac, definitely masculine.
Just like the Armagnac room. Strongly dominant browns and characteristic strong finishing accents are a direct reference to the cult of brandy production in Armagnac County, while the colour of the carpet itself refers directly to the original colour of the drink.
This Premier Double Room is located on the second floor, overlooking the garden. The room faces southwest, enjoying the sunshine from morning to evening.
The wine-growing area on three rivers: the Moselle, the Sara and the Ruwer is considered the oldest wine-growing region in Germany. The first vineyards were planted here by the Romans. Countless archaeological finds testify to the great winemaking tradition. The Moselle Valley is famous for its beautiful castles dotted on the vineyards. The vineyards located on the Moselle are the steepest vineyards in the world, half of them are located on slopes or terraces with an inclination of more than 30 degrees. The valley is famous for the intense, almost perfumed aroma of its grape variety - Riesling. The wines produced on the Moselle are elegant, tasty, with a delicate floral and fruity bouquet.
The brown and creamy shades of the room, together with the delicate burgundy and flower motifs, refer to the old, stone towns of the quiet German province, reflecting an idyllic atmosphere and reminiscent of a family home. The view of the green garden from the apartment's windows will certainly deepen this impression.
This is a Premier category double room, located on the second floor, overlooking our garden and the light of the setting sun.
Chilean wines are considered the best in South America. Research conducted by scientists from the University of Glasgow has proven that they contain on average 10 times more antioxidants than wines from other regions of the world. It is believed that this is due to the long, warm and dry summer when the fruit ripens. Health benefits definitely increase interest in Chilean wines. Particularly noteworthy is the Aconcagua region, located in the central part of the country, where on average there are up to 300 sunny days a year.
The room's design was inspired by colourful patterns, stripes, trapezoids and fringes typical of the clothing of the Chilean population. The dominant colours, such as blue, beige and brown, refer to the natural geographical barriers surrounding the region, influencing the uniqueness of the local climate. To the north, the world's driest Atacama desert, to the east, the steep peaks of the Andes, with their refreshing mountain breeze and the nourishing waters of glaciers. From the southwest, the Pacific Ocean.
This is a double room in the Premier category, located on the second floor. It faces south-west, so it is very sunny during the day and in the evenings you can admire the setting sun. An additional advantage is a spacious balcony with a view of greenery of our beautiful garden.
Experts say that the character of a wine is determined by the atmosphere and tradition of the region it comes from. Spain's La Rioja is a great example of this assumption. In this tiny province with a picturesque, diverse landscape, boasting numerous valuable monuments, wine was produced already in the Middle Ages, which is now known and appreciated all over the world. The region produces mainly red wines.
The room reflects the temperament of Spanish wines, it is the colour of a matador's blood-red cloth combined with the tourmaline black of a bull. The walls are complemented by cinnamon and tea notes, felt in excellent, long-aged wines of Rioja. For balance, the bathroom is the colour of a creamy panorama of the legendary capital of Castile - Toledo, slightly distant from the region, but very characteristic of Spain itself.
This is a Premier double room, located on the first floor. Its additional advantage is a balcony overlooking our quiet garden and exposure to beautiful sunsets.
Constantia is a wine region in South Africa, with the oldest continuously operating vineyard in the world, dating back to 1685. Our Constantia in the Grape Hotel, as a direct reference to that place, is an intimate two-story property with a private garden. The decor was inspired by the geographical location of the vineyard. The dominant colours are white and black, referring to the fauna found in this area, and brown, which symbolises African land. Natural materials such as stone, wood and leather create the atmosphere of a colonial house located in this excellent vineyard.
Constantia is a detached duplex apartment with an area of 120 m2, with private garden of 500 m2, adjacent to the main building of the Grape Hotel. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a view of 150-year-old trees. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed. There are 4 private parking spaces next to the apartment.

Champagne in France is famous for producing the most exquisite and highly valued sparkling wine in the world, whose registered name in 1911 champagne, directly refers to the region.
At the Grape Hotel, the Champagne suite is also a refined offer. It consists of two independent double rooms, connected by a common hall, making it an excellent option for family stays or a group of friends.
The decoration of the first room - Chardonnay - is the energizing gentleness of this white wine variety, called the royal variety. The second room is the complete opposite - Pinot Noir, with its decor referring to the lively tradition of the famous Beaujolais Nouveau baths. Together they create a unique combination, illustrating two completely opposite wine stories, showing how fascinating and rich the history of an inconspicuous grape vine can be.
